The working principle of the vertical palletizing robot is as follows: Firstly, the materials that need to be palletized are transported to the designated position by the conveyor belt. Then, the lifting device elevates the materials to an appropriate height and fixes them using the clamping fixture. Next, based on the set program or instructions, the operating angle of the robotic arm is controlled to stack the materials in a predetermined shape and layout. Finally, after completing the entire palletizing process, the palletized materials are transported to the next stage by the conveyor belt.
